"Fashion is more art than art is..."

These dreamlike portraits I termed aspirational portraits as they inhabit a whimsical dreamscape where past, present, and a not-yet-real future intersect. Its where I dream about the future, rework the past and carve a path that feels intrinsically me... It is a space for testing, exploring, and layering — combining woven canvas with cut-out drawings, gold leaf and acrylic paint on paper - resulting in maximalist, playful images where I refuel between collections. In their vitality and freedom, these works provide the spark that fuels Forests and Flowers.
